We are delighted to share that our office is located in the Houston, TX. We relocated from New Orleans, La in 2023.
Each one of our pillows is proudly hand-made by craftswomen using high-quality materials right here in Houston, Tx.
We do offer the option to change your image within 24 hours of placing your order. As our product is custom-made, we may need to reach out to you with some questions. Please keep an eye on your email for any correspondence from us. If you need to replace your image after this timeframe, don't hesitate to contact us at info@frodeje.net . We're here to help and want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your order.
After submitting your order, if you saw an order confirmation page, then it means that we have received your order successfully. However, in case you haven't received a confirmation email, there could be a couple of reasons for that. Firstly, it could be due to a misspelled email address while placing the order. Secondly, the email might have landed in your spam or trash folder. To get the email confirmation resent to you, please send us an email at info@frodeje.net along with your order number or the email address associated with your order or full name.
We accept all file formats except for GIF and MP4 video; any photo taken using a smartphone is good enough.
Shipping
Most standard orders are shipped within 24-48 hrs delivered within 5-7 business days after the date of purchase. Our average production time is 5-7 business days.
We primarily use USPS as our shipping carrier and you can select your delivery method at checkout.
At the moment, we only provide shipping services within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Product
We recommend spot cleaning for all of our pillows. If you think your pillow is in need of some TLC, we suggest washing your pillows in cold water to preserve their colors. Wash and dry your pillows on a gentle wash cycle and on the lowest heat setting possible.
Our pillows are made of 100% soft velvet polyester fabric and polyester fill. We print your images onto our fabric using Epson printers and ink.
We take pride in crafting each and every one of our pillows to your exact specifications. As a result, we are unable to accept returns on custom orders. However, we are happy to offer a free replacement or store credit for the full amount. We value your satisfaction and look forward to providing you with a product that you'll love.
Our pillows are proudly hand-made by artisan craftsmen and craftswomen using high-quality materials. Our products underwent rigorous testing to ensure our Prop 65 compliance.

Before applying the code, check for any spelling errors. The codes are not case sensitive, so 'PILLOW' and 'pillow' both refer to the same code. If the spelling is correct, ensure that the code has not yet expired and double-check where you initially saw it.
